Wong Mew Choo lost to Lu Lan and Koo K.K. & Tan B.H. lost to Kido & Setiawan.
Lee Chong Wei is able to get into semifinal with excellent results. 21 - 9 & 21 - 11
He will be playing with Lee Hyunil or Bao Chunlai in semifinal.
