Is This A Curse??!!

Two times the same problem happened.
The first time the school planned to have Heat's Day, it rained heavily from morning till afternoon. The whole event was forced to be postponed.

Today, school planned to have it, however it tricked us.
Just after everything was ready, it started to drizzle and thunder can be seen.
For safety, school canceled the event.

No idea whether it is so co-incident or "curse".
